  • In 2009, Beaumont Hills Shopping Centre is conveniently located in the centre of the suburb with a local grocery store, chemist, bakery, medical centre and others.
  • A total of 7,859 residents were recorded in the 2011 census

Residential Areas & Estate’s

  • The suburb has grown steadily over the years with the establishment of a number of housing estates.
  • Located to the west is “The Sanctuary” fronted by a natural creek reserve.
  • In the centre of the suburb is “The Outlook”
  • The newest estate is “Beaumont Rise” has been developed in the space between Rouse Hill and Beaumont Hills.

Transport

  • Buses run several routes through Beaumont Hills on a regular basis
  • A city direct service from Beaumont Hills to Wynyard is available
  • There are other routes available to Rouse Hill, Parramatta, Castle Hill and Baulkham Hills
  • In the coming years the North West Rail Link will provide new stations at Kellyville and Rouse Hill which should be easily accessible by Beaumont Hills residents. Due for operation in 2019

  • Turkey Nest Recreation Park Picnic Area is located in Tamborine Road
  • Beaumont Hills Community Centre – Playroom available for hire for children’s parties
  • The Outlook Reserve is great spot for a picnic and to let the kids feed the ducks.
